The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Our beautiful 2-room studio apartment in the Kaiserallee with direct Baltic Sea view offers pure relaxation for 2 guests. Here you can relax on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle on the Baltic Sea and let the day end comfortably. For an active vacation, the promenade is suitable for morning jogging, the golf course as well as a sailing school are located directly in front of the door and for the active swimmers the access is also directly in front of the door.

In our lovingly furnished apartment you can relax wonderfully - everything is available to feel comfortable - music, fresh bed linen, space to tell, a spacious balcony for breakfast in the sun, sun set in a beach chair, books and games, internet access ..... The bathroom and toilet has just been redesigned with floor level access to the shower and glass partition. Everything is freshly painted light grey and a new design floor has been laid throughout the apartment.

Stockwerk des Maritim Hotels in Travemünde und ist direkt am Strand gelegen. Vom 6 m2 großen Balkon habt ihr einen wunderschönen Blick über die Kurhotels Travemündes und seht bis zur Lübecker Bucht und dem Horizont der Ostsee. Hier könnt ihr eure Seele baumeln lassen und euch wunderbar erholen.

Strandnahe Souterrain-Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage

Euch erwartet eine helle Souterrain-Wohnung im schönen Travemünde. Von dort aus könnt Ihr in wenigen Gehminuten die Strandpromenade und den Strand erreichen. Außerdem führt Euch der Weg über das Brodtner Steilufer Richtung Niendorf und Timmendorfer Strand. In 5 Minuten Fußweg seid Ihr am Golfplatz. Auch Lübeck oder die nahen Küstenorte sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber stehen Euch gerne für lokale Empfehlungen zur Verfügung.

Auf 80qm Wohnfläche habt ihr viel Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Apartment ist mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, ausgestattet. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der große, sonnige Balkon.
