The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

Our bright and cozy 2-roomapartment invites you to linger on approx. 42 square meters. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Take advantage of the good bus connection and relax in the city. The university is well served by bus. The car can be parked very well. The day ends well on the balcony. We are happy to invite you after an eventful day in our sauna or gym (3.5km).

Quiet apartment in a small complex with a heated swimming pool (26 ° C) and sauna, surrounded by the most beautiful nature not far from the beach. Bed linen can be booked for a fee. The pool is equipped with a countercurrent system and can be used free of charge from 8 am to 10 pm. The sauna can be used for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seating on the playground and sunbathing area are available for guests.

This bright, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious south-facing terrace is on the 3rd floor and is reached via stairs. The furnishings are in Scandinavian style, with designer furniture, trinkets and the original plank floors. A crib and high chair are available. Here you can relax perfectly - with salt on your skin and sand under your feet. Our small (40sqm) but fine apartment is about 250m away from the beach. With a sunny balcony and views of the green garden, it is a real oasis. A double bed and a closet bed let up to 3 guests sleep comfortably.
