Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

You will be accommodated in an apartment located on the first floor, with an independent entrance and accessed by climbing 17 steps. It consists of a kitchen/living room with a fireplace, which all the other rooms overlook. It has two bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a shower, mosquito nets on the windows. Before entering, there is a small balcony shared with the GIRASOLI apartment. Heating must be requested upon arrival at a cost of €20.00 per day

The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

ECOLOGICAL FARMHOUSE "I VECCHI LECCI"

A big apartment consisting of a kitchen and dining room at the entrance; from here you climb to the upper floor where there is a livingroom with sofa and two armchairs, a TV equipped with a DVD player. From the living room a corridor leads to a first double bedroom with private bathroom, followed by a small hallway serving two other double bedrooms with a common bathroom.

RENTALS ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. The house is located within our farm, surrounded by forest is distance from the village of Castagneto Carducci only 3.5 km. Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.

Cozy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
