Delightful one-bedroom apartment of 50 square meters overlooking the sea, in the heart of the historic center, in a characteristic and quiet alley, Ztl area, on the ground floor. The location is strategic to reach in a few minutes on foot the lively clubs, ideal for aperitifs and dinners and the beautiful equipped beaches easily accessible. It has air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, kitchen-room with table, sofa and TV, a bathroom, a mezzanine-studio overlooking the Isola D'Elba, bedroom and laundry room.

Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a naturalistic area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other surrounded by vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in the summer Wi-fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
