Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Memorable stay, beautiful location, breathtaking view, impeccable hospitality. We had a great time, even if it was for too short a time. The promise is to return. Thank you for everything!

We had a very nice stay. Angela, Luigi and his wife were very nice and attentive. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The location is very quiet and has a beautiful pool with magnificent views. There are dogs on the premises, but they are very calm and trusting. Angela responded immediately to requests.

One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

Barbara made a flexible check-in possible for us, thank you very much! The kitchen is very well equipped, rooms are large and practical, the car can be parked in a shady place, very pleasant. The pool is in a very nice location, slightly away from the apartment. Top WLAN, even at the pool reception. In Belforte, there is a small grocery store, a bar and a restaurant. In Radicondoli 5 km away there is a small Coop and three restaurants, reservation recommended. The nearest supermarket is about 20 km away. There are many dogs in the area that rob you of your sleep and nerves, especially at night, because they incite each other to do so without the owners reacting. Otherwise, pure relaxation 😀

Our stay at Dario's house was just perfect! The apartment is stylishly furnished, beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The private pool was particularly impressive – an absolute oasis of well-being! 🏊‍♂️✨ Everything was extremely clean and tidy, which immediately gave a pleasant feeling. Privacy was absolutely given, and yet Dario was incredibly helpful when we needed something. His hospitality was great – friendly, attentive and just the right amount! 😊 An all-around great stay - we will definitely come back! 🌟

Margherita is very welcoming, good tips for the must-sees of the region, we had a very pleasant stay, comfortable bedding, spacious and well arranged house, a splendid swimming pool with views (about 20m long), lots of sunbed, air conditioning everywhere. So yes, the dirt road to get there may seem long sometimes but that's the price of tranquility. Only downside, the risk of having noisy neighbors on the lower or upper floor (which we had for 3 days).

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

The view from the terrace of the hills of Tuscany, the sea and the islands is priceless! It is a special experience when Rocco's flock of pigeons draws its circles tightly around the cottage. At night you can see fireflies in the meadow behind the house - magical! We also enjoyed the opportunity to attend a dinner at the Toscani Ranch. It was a very warm, family atmosphere! The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. Casale Marittimo is just a stone's throw away and rightly recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. We also made excursions to San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and down to the thermal baths of Saturnia and the Giardino dei Tarocchi. The sea is only 15 minutes away by car. The pine forest on the beach of Cecina is worth seeing, as is the Torre de Bibbone. You have to bring basic equipment for the kitchen, we recommend buying the delicious olive oil from Rocco! We were guests in Mariapia's accommodation for a wonderful week. The information and directions were very helpful. The self-check-in is completely uncomplicated. The apartment as described in the listing very tasteful and clean. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with a spacious garden, where you can have a wonderful breakfast under apricot trees and mistletoe. All in all exactly what we wanted, quietly located and yet in a few minutes to countless entrances to sandy beaches and the sea. Thank you for the wonderful time. I'm sure we'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the tranquility and seclusion in the midst of idyllic nature was exactly as described. The house is lovingly and high-quality furnished, co-host Eva friendly, super accessible and top reliable. We were a little shocked by the very steep, winding and rough access road. This apartment is absolutely exceptional! Everything is perfectly combined for a memorable stay in this beautiful area: strategic location, close to the thermal baths, superb beaches!!! just 1.5 hours from Siena, Florence, and close to Pisa. The exteriors are pleasant, and everything is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, and even more. We were a group of 9 (adults, teenagers, children and a baby), and we all found our space thanks to an optimal layout. The apartment is huge and nicely decorated. As for Monica, she is much more than welcoming, she is a real gem! Her kindness, hospitality, clarity, understanding and adaptability far exceeded all our expectations. She made us feel perfectly fine. I highly recommend this unforgettable experience in this wonderful area. Thanks Monica!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organized. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centers such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. In short, if you pass through the area, really don't hesitate, go for it! It is a beautiful house on a hill overlooking Tuscany and the sea. You feel as if you are alone in Tuscany because you have no direct neighbors. You have to drive on gravel roads to the house, but that did not bother us and it is worth it. Paola was a great host and always easy to reach. It was also a great stay for our two dogs.

You have beautiful views from the apartment! Sea views, sunsets, view of Corsica... The kitchen is well equipped. Although the landlords live right next door, you always had your privacy and they are very friendly. perfect if you want a lot of nature and tranquility and to explore the west of Elba...

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).
