Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

Villa Baia delle Sirene / Capo d'Arco

The villa is located in Capo d'Arco, a vast private area 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Rio Marina, which can only be accessed with permission. Very bright and overlooking the cliff, with a 180° sea view, the villa allows you to live outside, thanks to the large terrace equipped with a living area, 2 dining areas (one on the patio and one on the terrace overlooking the sea), and the magnificent private pool overlooking the bay. Ideal for a nature-filled vacation in a quiet atmosphere.

Astonishing beachfront villa with private garden

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.

Belforti Tower

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. Villa Mola is a place of relaxation and absolute comfort on the Island of Elba. You will have 120 square meters available for all your needs and an outdoor terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Municipality of Capoliveri and the Elban countryside. At the disposal of the villa there is a shared swimming pool with whirlpool, solarium and barbecue. It is also possible to book the annex for an additional 4 beds. Prestigious villa, a few dozen meters above the seashore, furnished and equipped with great refinement and functionality and from which you can enjoy enchanting and unforgettable sunsets over Golfo Stella, Pianosa Island and Corsica. It has a private staircase for direct access to the beach. It is structured on two levels, consisting of two totally independent housing units, both as buildings and their gardens, with only the main external entrance in common.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
