We had a pleasant week at Alessandro and Giulia's. The accommodation is as described and was impeccably clean. The location is perfect: slightly set back to be quiet but close enough to the city or the beach for example (bike path a few meters away). Alessandro and Giulia were responsive hosts. They were able to guide us on things to do and see in the area, places to eat, beaches... The on-site electric terminal was a real plus to make travel easier and optimize our time! Thank you for this stay, we'll be happy to go back!

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

We spent a nice week of family vacation in this comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful location, in a very quiet hilly area (but just minutes from the sea!), surrounded by vegetation. We particularly appreciated the terrace, where you can relax and dine while enjoying spectacular views of the sea and surrounding hills. Antonio was very friendly and helpful and gave us useful tips for our stay. We'll be happy to come back!

Wonderful place with amazing view and beautiful surrounding. It’s situated on walking distance from the sea, all kind of restaurants. We loved the place next door; a nice chill hippie bar/restaurant where you could hang out all day in a garden under the olive trees.

Ziza‘s place is absolutely beautiful, simple yet elegant in a beautiful old building and sparkling clean. It was the perfect spot to explore Tuscany. Highly recommended.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, perfect for finding peace and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. The rooms are not discounted, but studied in every detail, starting with the imense garden full of colors. A note of merit for all the green details to protect the environment, congratulations. A tip for all the next guests, in the evening you look up at the sky, I don't remember a sky so full of stars. Finally, I would like to congratulate the host Bruna and her partner(I think she is), friendly and available at any time for advice. We'll be back!!!

Heavenly stay in this tastefully decorated, clean accommodation, incredible view, beautiful house. Everything you need is in the accommodation and even more. Chiara is an extremely friendly host, who gave us all the necessary information for us to have a good stay. We hope to be able to come back!

Our apartment was rustic and cozy. The entire building was also very beautiful, the large garden well maintained. There is a pool area with loungers and also shaded areas, which was also very well maintained. There are several seating options outside, so you can enjoy your food or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is in the middle of the vineyards, very quiet and idyllic. During our stay, we had the opportunity to enjoy a 4-course meal one evening. The food was extraordinarily delicious! Chiara and her team were always available and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much.

The apartment is located in a very well maintained holiday complex with shared pool, reserved loungers and reserved parking space. The entire system can be fenced and can only be accessed with a number code (which we received before arrival) or with remote control. The apartment itself makes a very well-kept impression and offers everything you need. With the spacious garden area with dining area, lounge, barbecue and outdoor showers, we were happy to stay outside in the evening. During the night it was totally quiet, which made it possible to sleep with open windows without any problems. Stefania's apartment is on the right side of the complex. However, I would like to mention: There is a swimming cap requirement by the pool - due to the lack of information about it, this caused long faces to our children in the beginning. Overall, the apartment, the complex and the surroundings of Tuscany made a very good impression - thanks for the beautiful time.

We loved our stay at Podere Scopeto! It was absolutely gorgeous and such a peaceful getaway in the Tuscan countryside. In terms of location, it allowed us to travel easily four day trips and then come home to enjoy a nice glass of wine with a beautiful view. The accommodation was spacious, had a full kitchen, and lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy. Our hosts were wonderful and we felt right at home. We would highly recommend and hope to be back!

We are in Italy for a total of 9 weeks. And those two weeks were so wonderful and relaxing. The house as well as the whole property is just amazing. It is quiet, private and you can just have a nice time. The beds are an absolute dream. We slept so well there. Caspar is a super good host and is always immediately available. We've got the offer from a Private chef, masseuse, and a yoga teacher. Everyone came to us "home". ABSOLUTELY recommended. We ate so well at sunset and drank the in-house wine by the way. The house has everything you need and you can feel the effort and passion that Caspar invests everywhere. I highly recommend anyone to go there. The view alone is almost impossible to describe. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything, dear Caspar!

Everything worked out great with Elena from the start. Fiorella, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, we enjoyed the beach via the private access to the beach. We used the existing beach chairs and umbrellas and they were great. There are top restaurants in the area and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the center. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Be careful with larger and low cars, the entrance to the courtyard has a high wave and the parking hall entrance is very narrow. I highly recommend the location of San Vincenzo and the accommodation! It's simple but great!

Beautiful apartment located in the middle of a historic village. We were a group of 5 people and we used all the services indicated (kitchen, bathrooms, spaces, etc.) without any problems. The village's location is very strategic for visiting the surrounding cities and winery areas. Thanks Marta, see you soon.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful accommodation, surrounded by nature and just outside a small village. Romina and Ricardo were fantastic hosts, kind and helpful. The accommodation is new, very clean and beautifully decorated. The area is secluded, you need to drive everywhere. We will come again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mauro's place! The apartment is modern, stylish and furnished with great attention to detail – exactly as you would wish for a few relaxing days. We would like to highlight Mauro's warm nature and his great commitment: he was always available, helpful and really took care of everything. A small note for noise-sensitive guests: Due to the location on a busy street, traffic noise can occasionally be heard, especially at night. The courtyard lighting is also quite bright, but it can be controlled with closed curtains. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, which we enjoyed very much despite these little things. We would come back anytime and thank Mauro for his hospitality!
