Independent stone and brick cottage inside the "Podere la Castellina" (former 13th century convent), in the magnificent natural park of Montagnola Senese. The cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 people and includes: - large living room with TV and fireplace - kitchen with oven - master bedroom - bedroom with three single beds - bathroom with shower Guests have access to a panoramic swimming pool, solarium and terrace with breathtaking views, equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Studio in Tuscan farmhouse with pool & views

The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, an unspoilt hilltop town in central Tuscany. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

Boutique house with pool reserved for 2 guests

Casina Boutique is the only property on the estate dedicated to hospitality, and from May to September the only couple of guests is reserved the splendid swimming pool set in an ancient stone basin: an almost unique and unparalleled privilege! Casina Boutique is a typical Tuscan independent building, with terracotta floors and a beamed ceiling, part of the ancient Canonica di Trecciano. Absolute privacy and a beautiful garden, just 15 km from Siena in the quiet of the Montagnola Senese.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are pleased to welcome you to our Cherry Tree House, the last newly renovated jewel of the Agriturismo La Villa. Located on second floor, built among the rocks of the typical Senese countryside, our new home will be ready to lull you into all kinds of comforts: free wifi, swimming pool, barbecue area, air conditioning, smart TV. private parking, wood and private garden, just 40 steps away, overlooking our lavender and olive grove.

The pomegranate, Podere il Giglio

Podere il Giglio is a small farmhouse surrounded by 3 hectares of olive trees, it enjoys a lovely view . At guests' disposal there is an indipendent house 'il melograno', that can accommodate 4 people: living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms. Outdoor and a private gazebo. In the Podere there is a 5mt x 10 mt pool.

Suite

A 45sqm house, separated from the main complex. Ideal for romantic getaways. It consists of: one bedroom, bathroom and living room with an open space kitchen. It includes: A sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as an extra bed. Bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels Cleaning services halfway through the week.

Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.
