The Loft

The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

We rent an apartment in the town of Giglio Castello, 100 meters from the square and the bus stop, an outdoor space with a table, we have a common space with other guests, sunbeds and tables, an outdoor view with a sunset view of the sea and the village, there is no parking space, for those who want to go to Giglio Campese with their own car can take advantage of our parking spaces for free, we can book you by car/motorcycle on ferries.

A lovely studio (20 mq) located on the first floor of the old barn. From his window you can glance at the sea, all along the headland of Piombino and Elba island. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and a double bed. The accomodation can comfortably host 2 people. In the garden below it is available to our guests and their furry friends an exclusive outdoor dining area with picnic table.

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Casa Oliva - the Loft

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
