The Loft

Last floor newly renovated loft very close to the train station and city center. The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

La Faccendina è dotata di un'ampia e luminosa camera matrimoniale, di uno spazioso bagno con doccia walk-in e al piano mansardato di una zona open space vista mare con cucina, zona pranzo ed un comodo divano che si può trasformare facilmente in letto matrimoniale. La casa è a 50 metri dal mare, dalla stazione e dalla pineta e molto vicina a tutti i servizi.

Villa le Rocce - Blue Apartment (Open Space)

Beautifully furnished Open Space with swimming pool. From the terrace of the Apt. you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have free use of a scooter and two helmets. The apartment is 320 metres from Cannelle beach and 1,500 metres from the tourist port. “Only one word can describe the stay...AMAZING!!! The colors of granite (large studio apartment)

We rent an apartment in Giglio Castello, 100 meters from the square and the bus stop, outdoor space with a table. We provide a common space with other guests, sunbeds and tables, outdoor view with sunset view of the sea and the village. It does not have a parking space. For those who want to go to Giglio Campese with their own car, you can use our parking spaces for free. We can make the car/motorcycle reservation on the ferries.

A lovely studio located on the first floor

A lovely studio (20 mq) located on the first floor of the old barn. From his window you can glance at the sea, all along the headland of Piombino and Elba island. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and a double bed. The accomodation can comfortably host 2 people. In the garden below it is available to our guests and their furry friends an exclusive outdoor dining area with picnic table.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Casa Oliva - the Loft

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
