Die perfekte Villa für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und die traumhafte Lage der Villa während des gesamten Aufenthaltes genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura hat hervorragend funktioniert, sie war stets sofort erreichbar und hat direkt auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Graziella war ebenfalls hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen und wenn es sich ergibt, werden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Es war einfach so schön.

Nous avons passé un week-end merveilleux en compagnie de nos amis. La maison a été parfaite pour l’occasion et nous nous sommes pas lassés de la vue. Les literies sont très confortables et n’avons manqués de rien. Rien à redire, foncez !!

היתה שהייה מצויינת. הצוות היה תגובתי ומסור. המגום משגע והוילה איכותית בהחלט! יש מקום למעט התאמות למשפחות עם ילדים, אבל היתה שהייה מעולה וקיבלנו כל מה שרצינו ואף מעבר.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Bacci! Das Haus und vor allem der phänomenale Ausblick sind einzigartig. Ein Ort an dem man sehr gut abschalten und Zeit mit Freunden und Familie verbringen kann. Der Pool macht das Haus nochmal toller. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war traumhaft schön in der Unterkunft. Das Haus, die Lage, die kleine Bucht was ganz Spezielles eine Oase, ein kleines Paradies. Wir fanden es super dass man nur zu Fuss hinkommt. Wir mögen dies. Die Aussendusche liebten wir. Man kommt überall auf der Insel schnell hin. Braucht aber auch gar nicht weg zu gehen. Kleine Wanderungen fanden wir auch super. Dahin in das wndervolle Haus & Ort kommen wir gerne wieder einmal zurück. Vielen Dank an Philippe

E’ stata la nostra prima esperienza e non potevamo trovare un Host migliore di Jacopo. Sempre presente, disponibile e amichevole. Ci ha fatti sentire a casa. Non mancava assolutamente nulla, anche l’asse e il ferro da stiro, nonché ogni bene strettamente necessario per il soggiorno. Sicuramente torneremo e lo consigliamo caldamente a chi vuole venire a visitare Castiglione della Pescaia e sono limitrofe.

Sehr schönes Haus, das nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt ist. Roberto war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für den Aufenthalt gegeben.

The views and location are out of this world. It was much better than the photos! The house is very spacious and can easily accommodate two small families. We loved that you can take a nice hike to a private beach. Has three patios and a very nice outdoor spot for having meals. We had a couple a small challenge with hot water but the host were super responsive. It takes nothing from the experience, but the house lacked a couple of essentials you would may need (shampoo, coffee, etc). Make sure to shop for everything on your way down from. Portoferraio. Still a 5 stars !!!!

La villetta in cui abbiamo soggiornato era estremamente confortevole, ben attrezzata e pulita. Dotata di un'ampia zona giorno e una zona esterna ideale per noi che avevamo due bambini che potevano giocare liberamente nel cortile e nel giardino. Inoltre poter pranzare all'esterno sotto un ampio porticato era veramente una condizione ottimale. Il posto auto all'interno della proprietà, la vicinanza al mare e al centro con i suoi servizi ( supermercato, farmacia, pizzeria, ...) hanno reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. Il sig. Alessandro è stato un host attento, estremamente cortese e disponibile.

Lovely location, remote but exactly why we chose it. Idyllic surroundinga and lots of amazing places to visit an hours drive in every direction, some less. Place was exactly what we hoped.

Jan et son épouse ont accueilli notre groupe de douze chaleureusement et sont restés disponibles mais très discrets. Leur belle maison est décorée avec goût et reste fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Beaucoup de moustiques ! et une climatisation à l'étage dans la zone chambres ne serait pas de trop mais cest aussi ça l'expérience campagne Toscane

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!

Das Haus mit den vielen Farben» liegt 20 Minuten zu Fuss unterhalb des autofreien mittelalterlichen Dorfes im Pinienwald mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer. Die vom Besitzer als Künstler mit inseltypischen Farben perfekt umgebaute Villa ist stilvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Insbesondere der Salzwasserpool vor der grossen Terrasse macht sie einzigartig. Zudem wird man von Tina sehr nett empfangen und begleitet. Sehr zu empfehlen! Würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren als Familie mit 10 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund in diesem besonderem Haus. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer inklusive Badezimmer. Das Haus ist genauso besonders wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich , geräumig und perfekt um gemeinsam, Privat und Ruhig zusammen sein zu können. Die Küche ist großzügig Ausgestattet. 3 Autos können Problemlos im Hof parken. Der Ausblick von den Terrassen ist ein Traum! Es ist komplett umzäunt was toll für unsere Hündin war um herum zu laufen und liegt nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von einem schönen Sand Strand mit Felsen entfernt. Porto Azzuro ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und war für Einkäufe und Restaurant Besuche unser Lieblings Städtchen. Nadia hat uns herzlich am Haus empfangen. Sie spricht leider kein Englisch aber das war irgendwie gar kein Problem- Sie ist eine sehr Freundliche Person!

The location of the well preserved and designed house is perfect - remote but still in short distance for two beaches, provided you are able to climb in parts steep hills also in walking distance. The port and groceries are in 20-30 minutes reach by car. The communication is seamless and helpful. The house is equipped with cleaning tools, which allows you to clean if necessary and fresh towels & beddings are delivered while the used are collected in the designated bags. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, sandwich toaster and large fridge - each bedroom is equipped with a split air condition, to cool and to heat if necessary. The washing machine is located in a separate little house, which has an additional toilet and shower. On the rooftop is an additional patio with two sun loungers and a warm shower.

Villa meravigliosa, vicina alle comodità del porto ma molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Spazi interni ed esterni curati, puliti e ordinati e un panorama unico. I padroni di casa sono persone gentilissime, disponibili e accomodanti alle necessità degli ospiti. Consiglio fortemente il soggiorno in questa abitazione. Sono stata varie volte all’isola del Giglio e tornerò sicuramente, di nuovo in questo alloggio. Un altro punto in più: i kit antizanzare! Non è scontato trovarli offerti dai proprietari, a me non era mai capitato. Bravi ragazzi! Grazie ancora e a presto!

Hallo Marco, danke, dass wir in deiner Unterkunft eine wunderschöne Woche verbringen durften. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bilder ersichtlich. Sie verfügt über mehrere schöne Aussensitzgelegenheiten und ist von Olivenbäumen und Rebberge umgeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Marta et son mari sont de véritables amours. Nous avons eu une panne de voiture et notre véhicule est resté immobilisé sur l'île. Ils nous ont conduit faire des courses, nous ont ramené au bateau. Ils ont été d'une aide précieuse avec le garagiste. Très arrangeant. Concernant le logement il est tel que la description a été faite. Il est agréable, bien équipé. La vue est splendide. L'accès à la piscine d'eau douce, de mer et à la mer sont très faciles. Un grand merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons.
