APPARTAMENTO TORRE is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house located on ‘The Wine Road’ between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability
