This place is proper for working, relaxing, hiking, and kayaking. There are various restaurants and cafes next to the apartment, and it's close to Spandau Alt-Town, with gorgeous streets and churches. There is a short distance to U7, Regio, and S-Bahn, and multiple bus stations are just next to the apartment, allowing you to explore the entire Berlin 24/7.

Sunny refurbished apartment in the heart of Berlin. The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then you have less space in the room. The 4-person apartment is quietly located, close to the Spandauer Forst, which makes the air extraordinarily good. It is incredibly spacious with two king size beds of 1.80 x 2.00 m and two self-contained shower rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. There are two large tables and a terrace. The apartment is located in the attic of a private house. A self-check-in is possible.

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.
