It's a one-room apartment with a size of 45 m2. It is located near the Havel Sea in Berlin and near lovely bridges (~ 450 meters distance). This place is proper for working, relaxing, hiking, and kayaking. There are various restaurants and cafes next to the apartment, and it's close to Spandau Alt-Town, with gorgeous streets and churches. There is a short distance to U7, Regio, and S-Bahn, and multiple bus stations are just next to the apartment, allowing you to explore the entire Berlin 24/7.

The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

Unsere Fahrräder stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Häuschen hat ein Doppelbett. Man kann ein zweites Doppelbett einrichten, aber hat dann weniger Platz im Raum. Die Sauna und der Swimmingpool kann mit Absprache für die eigene Entspannung benutzt werden. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!

Das 4 Personen Apartment befindet sich ruhig gelegen, nahe dem Spandauer Forst, wodurch die Luft außerordentlich gut ist. Es ist unglaublich geräumig mit zwei Kingsizebetten à 1,80x2,00m und zwei eigenständigen Duschbädern. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Es gibt zwei große Tische und eine Terrasse. Das Apartment befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines privaten Hauses. Ein Self-Checkin ist möglich.

Die MONOCEROS hat alles, was man für eine kuschelige Auszeit und romantische Abende braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.
