Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

We’re a family ourselves, and that’s why we’ve tried to make this place for everyone to feel as comfortable as possible. The kids can play with LEGO or other toys or safely play outside in the yard while the adults enjoy the calm moments with a cup of coffee or a cold drink. You will be only a short drive from Copenhagen, which makes it easy to spend a day in the city without any hassle. Train directly to Copenhagen is with walking distance (1,6km). 1 master bedroom and 2 children’s rooms.

Der er altid rent sengetøj på og håndklæder til brug. Lejligheden er udstyret med alt i service og køkken udstyr. Lejligheden ligger lige ved motorvejsafkørsel. Den ligger i et industri kvarter men tæt på sø. Lejligheden er ikke handicap venlig da du skal op på 2. etage, tag lejlighed og der er ingen elevator!!!!

Boligen beliggende i centralt byområder i Villakvarter og stille og rolig områder med gratis parkering. Transport. 1/2 time bil transport til Københaven, Roskilde, Kastrup Lufthaven, Malmö i Sverige. Offentlige transport tager ca.30 min. til Københaven. Boligen beliggende tætte på badestrand ( BrøndbyStrand og Vallensbæk Strand.) Boligen ligger gå afstand til supermarket.
