The Kattegattsleden bike trail is 2 km from the house. - Ullared shopping, 35 km. - Gothenburg /Liseberg amusement park, 75 km. Train from Vbg C, 40 min.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Trädgården kan nyttjas för exempelvis grill eller lek. Gångavstånd till både strand, nöje, torg och det mesta Sommar-Varberg erbjuder i övrigt. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej, gäst behöver ta med det. Gratis parkering (tidsbegränsad) finns i närområdet. Närliggande parkeringshus finns också.

Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

The apartment was built in 2016 and is located on the ground floor in a quiet part of the city center with free parking and a large patio for barbecues and socializing. Good space for six people.
