Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. The house is installed with ventilation systems. The hot tub is equipped with a large heater. Downstairs there is table tennis , extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården.
