Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

Elegant and cosy 2-room flat located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the Bałtycka complex. The flat consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV, and bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a comfortable 2-person corner sofa bed, TV, and a table with four chairs. The flat has a south-facing terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. Free wireless internet is available within the flat.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
