This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Dieses, im September 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Stralsund/Devin unweit des Strelasunds. Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.

Other attractive destinations such as Rügen, Usedom and Darss are suitable for day trips. A travel crib is available for a toddler up to about 3 years of age. An older child can sleep in the living room (sofa bed). Vacation with dog by prior arrangement. A key box is available for flexible check-in. I am also happy to welcome my guests in person.

The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you are on the island of Rügen by car. The seaside resorts can be reached in about 40 minutes. Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot approx. 5 minutes). The nearest grocery store is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.

This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of bicycles is possible.
