Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich 10 Minuten entfernt vom Strand (fußläufig). Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Couch lässt sich schnell und einfach zu einer weiteren Schlafmöglichkeit umbauen. Ein Waschtrockner und eine Geschirrspühlmaschine machen deinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

The apartment is in Kiel-Kronshagen with proximity to the university allows a quick connection to all parts of Kiel. Bus and parking are right in front of the door. The converted attic offers enough space for 2 people, but can also be used by up to 4 people for shorter stays. Please note that the apartment is located on a street and can be more lively in the building and outside. It is therefore not suitable for guests who are looking for absolute silence.

Hi there! We offer a cosy one bedroom apartment for short stay while beeing on holiday, visiting friends or family or working in and around Kiel. We refurbished and decorated the flat in 2023. You will find towels and bedlinen as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The flat is located close to public transport that will bring you either to the city or to the beach.
