Hof Seewind vacation apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment in the middle building of the house offers enough space for 4-5 people with approx. 90 square meters. A cozy and spacious living-dining area with fireplace invites you to relax and linger. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with shower. Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
