Cottage holiday rentals in Woodstock

We had an excellent stay. We went for my daughter’s Senior trip. 4 of us. It was perfect. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for the pool use but we did get to utilize the hot tub and it was nice and relaxing. The house is beautiful, clean, and appears new. Just as described. It’s private and peaceful. The host was very welcoming and answered quickly. We had absolutely no issues. About 35 minutes from Covington, which was our main reason for visit (Mystic Falls, Vampire Diaries) and 45 minutes from Aquarium. I would definitely recommend this place. ❤️❤️

Very welcoming little cottage.. it was clean and smelled nice.. lots of little gestures that made a big difference (like having footies and flip flops available for your use as soon as you enter the home) overall we would stay here again!

Anya was an excellent host. We stayed at this listing for a wedding weekend. We had some tuxes mailed to the house and Anya and her husband ensured the packages were safe and delivered to us, her communication was always great. The listing itself was incredible. Definitely a place to stay for a big group. 10/10 recommend!

This was a beautiful home and Dale was an excellent host. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well the home matched the description. The back yard is a wonderful addition to the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub with all the gorgeous flowers. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. We are highly pleased with our stay!

Great safe neighborhood accessible to a lot of Buckhead. Walking or driving. Will stay again if it’s available.

Host was very responsive to any questions we had and proactive. Home had the amenities described and was exactly what we expected. Great location!

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

Place was lovely! different couch in the living room but was very comfortable still! My family enjoyed our stay and so did my sweet baby with the big back yard he got to enjoy when it was not raining! Thank you again for our stay!

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

Erich’s place is amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax, even with our two doggos. We felt right at home and enjoyed exploring the record collection and sitting outside on the covered porch. Cabbagetown is a beautiful neighborhood with so many fun places close by to explore by foot- no need to drive! We’d love to stay at Erich’s place the next time we visit Atlanta.

Brenton and Lauren’s cottage was adorable and so peaceful, it felt more like a home than an Airbnb. Our 1-night stop in Atlanta with our pup was perfect; we are definitely booking again when we have a longer stay!! Their cottage even had a little dog toy basket for our boy while on the road. Amazing, friendly, and responsive hosts! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a cozy-home style Airbnb for their stay.

We only stayed for one-night, but the location was ideal for our needs and it is located right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta. You can easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and a neighborhood grocery market to get all your things. The place was clean and the host had easy and clear instructions to check-in and out. I liked the luxurious mattress in the master and also liked the ability to control the temperature with the thermostat in the hallway.

The house is very clean. There are a lot of kitchen accessories for cooking. The beds are comfy. The basement has 2 basketball games for the kids. Lots of tvs. The area around the house (outside) is spacious and nice to walk around.

We really enjoyed staying at Debi’s place. The cottage was warm and inviting, and in a great location where we could walk to parks, restaurants, and nightlife. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed . I would definitely stay there again!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Great location, beautiful view, safe and peaceful area. I attended a baby shower around the corner at the Bunny Hive and it was the perfect location coming from out of state. Would definitely stay here again!

What a relaxing scene to go home too after a long day of work. Comfortable beds, pillows and clean home.

This cabin was much bigger than I had anticipated. My family of 4 was very comfortable. The minimalist in me LOVED this space. We were able to cook breakfast in the morning. We loved the back porch and the lake. Out of all the places I have stayed this was the first place where I had everything I needed to make a decent cup of coffee. Everything provided was so thoughtful. Unfortunately it stormed the entire weekend we were there and that knocked the wifi out but it truly wasn’t an issue. We all needed a weekend to rest and unplug. The property is secluded but still close to everything. Dollar general was right down the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer's place in Inman Park. Wow! I cannot overstate the fantastic location -- so many restaurants, parks and places to go within walking distance. Her place is tucked in off one of the main streets and although there is some noise on the weekends from the restaurants, it was VERY quiet in the mornings and during the weekdays. She gave us great directions and we had no problem finding it. The space is very well thought out and we had everything we needed, including a bottle of wine from Jennifer, lots of water bottles, and many other extras. We were very comfortable and slept great. We sat outside on the porch several times. I cannot believe all the places we walked to from Jennifer's place. The location cannot be beat! Lovely neighborhood and many walking trails including the Beltline. I highly recommend Jennifer's place for your next trip to Atlanta.

A beautiful peaceful place in the middle of the city.. My daughter did not want to leave & I already miss the gorgeous, quiet, serene surroundings.

My friends and I had a great experience at Cindy’s BnB. Everyone having their own bed (there were 7 of us) is always important. We got that, a nicely-appointed home, at a reasonable rate.
