Modern tiny house, newly built and finished in early 2025, located on a pine-covered forest property just 200m from the Baltic Sea beach, perfect for a nature-inspired summer getaway. This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Beste Lage in Zinnowitz auf dem Glienberg. Unsere Ferienwohnung Ozeandampfer befindet sich direkt am eindrucksvollen Buchenwald durch den ein kurzer Weg zum Strand führt. Wohnung mit Fernblick, nach Süden und Westen, ruhig gelegen, weg vom Trubel, trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum und am Strand! Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür! Im Haus befindet sich eine Sauna. Buchungsanfragen beantworte ich sofort.

Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance.
