Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

Er wurde gerade frisch saniert und bietet u.a. eine neue Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad, 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bettwäsche kann kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden. Die ortsübliche Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Strom wird separat abgerechnet (0,60 €/kWh).

In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.
