Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. It is a unique wood-clad architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and state-of-the-art interior design, which leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel right at home.

Davon in 1 Wohnung auch Hundemitnahme erlaubt.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This villa features a private open terrace, perfect for evening relaxation. A parking space is available on the property.

With cozy living-dining area, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, an open pointed floor with 3 beds offer 4 adults and 3 children/young at heart.

The completely barrier-free apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 1 large bedroom 1 small bedroom 1 kitchen-living room with sofa bed 1 conservatory as a dining area :-)! The beach, 120m away, measures 5 km.
