A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Modernized on an ongoing basis. The apartment contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, closets and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

The Little Yellow House is centrally located in the fairy town Ærøskøbing, with a 3-minute walk to the ferry and its own outdoor terrace. There is a large room with bathroom and small kitchen. There is a large double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Charmerende lille stråtækt feriehus i et plan. Der er lavt til loftet (176-183 cm og lidt mindre under bjælkerne). Hyggelig stue med spise- og sofaplads. Eget lille køkken med udgang til lille gårdhave. Ommel er en stille charmerende landsby, i Marstal sogn, med 2 små havne. Der er ca 3 km til selve Marstal med indkøb, caféer, busser osv. Huset er Ommels ældste og ligger blot 450 meter fra dejlig badestrand. Både øhavsstien og cykelruter starter nær ved og busser er gratis på øen.
