Villa close to Svendborg with walking distance to the water

Just above Svendborgsundbroen opposite Svendborg is the cozy town of Vindeby, where we have our lovely house with a lovely enclosed garden with room for play and coziness. There is playground equipment, soccer goals, and a trampoline, as well as several areas with tables and chairs. Inside the house, there is also plenty of space. There are 4 sleeping spaces across two beds/rooms, plus the option of a weekend bed and an extra mattress. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area for six adults as well as two high chairs.

In the first row to the South Funen Archipelago, you are guaranteed a breathtaking view of the water with forest and fields on the horizon. Thurø is easily explored via the path at the end of the garden, where a small beach also awaits. 

 Behind the rustic facade, which has a distinctive patina, hides an architectural specialty with a complete interior on four staggered levels.

 You can easily get to Svendborg's city and cultural life on foot or by bike along paths along the archipelago, by car over the embankment or sailing on the sound.

Unique waterfront villa in quiet surroundings with panoramic views of Svendborgsund. The villa has a private bathing staircase, outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen area and two sunny terraces: one with water views, the other overlooking the field and forest. In the immediate area there are beautiful nature experiences, beach, forest, a walk to the ice cream shop, various local farm shops and vineyards. Within a 10-minute drive along the water, you are in the center of Svendborg. Suitable for adult non-smokers.

Cottage with ocean views and plenty of space outside and inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the main house remains. There is a sea view from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with, among other things, old fruit trees, which are freely available to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have decorated it as we think fits the spirit of the house, with some things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Cozy log cabin on Sydfyn

Centrally located in Vester Skerninge is my cozy red log house. Five minutes walk from bus, pharmacy and pizzaria and at the same time scenic location overlooking fields, forest and Syltemae Ådal. The house is located at the end of an enclosed residential street and with the Archipelago path as a neighbor. It's peace, quiet, and high to the sky. Three bedrooms. Duvets, pillows, covers, and towels are included. One bathroom, one guest toilet, utility room, kitchen and living room. Small but good. Suitable for all ages☺️

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, private beach property, quiet, undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion, and two wood-burning stoves for the cooler periods. Bring bedding and towels. Cleaning must be done. The house must be left in the same condition as received. Close to the forest, good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy yourself - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place in South Funen. Parties or other large events are not permitted.

Skovby Old School, House No.1

You will have the house "No. 1" all to yourselves, with a private and a shared courtyard. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is both a heat pump and a fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Charming house with a great location, close to water, nature, shopping and the city. 9 beds for adults. Room for more if some of the guests are smaller children. Located in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and beach at "Eriks hale" with the iconic small beach houses and beautiful bathing conditions for both children and adults. Walking distance to shopping, ferry and free bus that connects the island.

Svendborg city center, which is a really nice town, with lots of shops as well as cafes and restaurants, is about 1200 meters from our house.
