In addition, there are two foam mattresses in the cozy loft, where the kids will love to stay. New TV, but without TV channels. The TV can therefore only be used for streaming your own content. WiFi in the house. NOTE: Bed linen and towels must be brought. Top-insulated house. The price is excl. electricity, which is settled upon departure based on the daily price of electricity.

Vacation home near sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

Apartment 3 is 80 m2 with three bedrooms, a private bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The apartment is newly renovated in Nordic style with wicker furniture, linen rugs and exposed beams. Enjoy your meals outdoors at your own picnic table, by the fire or in our new orangery with fireplace. Dogs are allowed. Birkelund has its own charging station for electric cars.

Holiday apartment made in the old farmhouse on a disused farm between Rønne and Hasle. Lovely courtyard that can be closed off so that children can play safely. Several table and bench sets have been set up for free use. You can experience lots of small birds in the garden and occasionally also deer and hares. Lovely large partial wild garden with fruit trees, cherries, apples and pears, which you are welcome to eat. Ca 2 km. to small cozy beach, forest and lakes. I live on the property myself.

Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Wood stove for heating, if you want extra coziness, and or supplement with electric panels and heat pump. Functional bathroom with shower. Lovely garden for fun and play

Gyldensgård is located on a hilly ground and our apartments are therefore not suitable for people with difficulty and wheelchairs.
