It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Lovely villa with air and tranquility.

Enjoy the simplicity of life in this peaceful and centrally-located home. In a rural setting but close to everything. The home is close to the university, OCC/Jutland Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7 minutes walk to light rail at Bilka and bus that brings you around the city. Likewise, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors where the basement is closed off. However, access to a washing machine can be agreed. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

Well-designed, quiet and central. Terraced house of 80 sqm with large covered terrace - lush garden with cozy outdoor space and outdoor ice bath. Rosengårdscenteret, the forest, Bilka, OCC, Netto, parks, uni, light rail, Pure Gym is in walking distance and the city center only 3.5 km. Anes Lagune 17 min. Nyborg beach 25 min. Motorway 10 min. Bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with a bed with room for 2 people. There are two sleeping places under the covered terrace if you prefer to sleep in the open air.
