Havsnära stuga med uterum

Boende 75m² med tre sovrum plus uterum om ca 20 m² för regniga dagar. Stor trädgård med möjlighet till utomhusaktiviteter. Badrum med dusch, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrum 1 med dubbelsäng 160 cm. Sovrum 2 med enkelsäng 105 cm samt bädsoffa 120 cm. Sovrum 3 med enkelsäng 90 cm samt bädsoffa 120 cm. Flera sandstränder inom 10 min promenad. Sjögärde golfbana når man med bil på ca 10 min. Till Stättareds 4H gård är det 15 min med bil. Till Liseberg tar det ca 35 min och till Ullared 45 min.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Attefallshuset, Lesses Gård

Ett arkitekt-projekt byggt 2021 med återbrukat byggmaterial i vår vildvuxet blommande trädgård. Stugan är fullt utrustad. Bäddsoffa och sovloft med stege (inget räcke!) Tvättmaskin, elbilsladdare och cyklar kan lånas gratis i huset bredvid, där vi bor. Havsutsikt mot Båtafjorden/Bua i söder och i väster strålande vy mot kärnkraftverket Ringhals. 50 m till busshållplats, 100 m till utegym och löpstig, 1 km till bad. Meddela om ni vill ta med egna lakan för 200 SEK rabatt. Städning ingår ej.

Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.
