Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. Dream vacation on the sunny island of Rügen in the luxury vacation home "Strandperle" right on the beautiful sandy beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

In the very best location of the village, just steps from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is the apartment Strandvilla Baabe 10 - "Herzmuschel". The apartment is spread over two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or via elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle, which is included in the rental price. After entering the apartment, the chic living/dining area with a top-equipped kitchen immediately catches the eye.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Living room on the 2nd floor with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a separate bedroom for a total of max. 4 people. Balcony with seasonal sea view (you can always hear the noise...). A well-behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
