Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Welcome to our little annex from 1812. The annex is a nice home kept in a relaxed style. It is located in beautiful surroundings right up to the forest and lake, and is perfect as a quiet workplace or as a quiet guest house. It's an older house that has everything you need. Nice double bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a nice large corner sofa and fireplace. The living room is next to an inhabited room, which is not part of the rental.

Quiet lovely and architect designed villa close to Copenhagen City centre (15 km). 10 min walk to nearest train station from where a train will take you to Copenhagen City in appr. 15 minutes. A local City centre (10 min on foot) provides shopping and lovely restaurants. 10 min drive will get you to Copenhagen Racecourse and Bakken (similar to Tivoli) an amusement park (150 years old). Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
