New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Cottage v. water edge & forest edge

Hear the water shower and watch the sun set over the treetops. Here you have 80 meters to the water's edge and 200 meters to the forest. It calls for morning baths in the waves and picnics with the kids. The house caters both to those who appreciate well-appointed and cozy surroundings - and for the family with children. Two bedrooms; one with bunk bed for children or adults under 175 cm and one bedroom with double bed (180 cm) and a crib. Including an uninsulated annex from Easter to autumn holidays. The house has a heat pump.

Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with two sleeping places and dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is with a double bed and exit to the shared garden. From the bedroom there is access to bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Note: Additional fees are required for adult numbers 3 and 4. Children are always free.

Modern cottage in scenic and peaceful Bisserup.

Modern cottage located in scenic and peaceful surroundings at Bisserup Strand. The house is located with approx. 200 meters to the water via a small path and, 100 m to the forest and 1 km to shopping and restaurant. The cottage was built in 2021, the kitchen is in open connection with the living room and with the large glass section to the garden there is a unique view, there are two good double bedrooms, an office with sofa bed and cot, as well as 1 bathroom with underfloor heating.

Get in full swing in this unique and tranquil space right down to the water. A simple but personal cabin overlooking the water. Sofa bed sleeps 2, as well as a bed that sleeps 2 (1.5 man bed) . Small tea kitchen with 2 hot plates. Small fridge. Electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding at DKK 100 per person.

Charming little house in peaceful countryside surroundings, overlooking lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom and hallway. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.

A small apartment, in the corner of the farmhouse, on a small farm. 400 meters from the forest. 4 km to the lake with bathing jetty. Located right next to the road with 6 km to Sorø and 6 km to Slagelse. 20 km to the beach at Stillinge. 75 km to Copenhagen. There are 2 golf courses in the area. Lots of history and beautiful nature.
