Apartment on a small country estate

The apartment is 60 m2, for 2 people, with the possibility of an extra bed. The apartment contains the kitchen with dining table, large double bed, private new bathroom, sofa group and TV, there is internet, but you must have your own streaming subscription. On the country property, there are Icelandic horses and beautiful rural views out over the field and forest. We are next door to an outdoor swimming pool, which is open to the public in the summer. There is a nature path across fields down to Roskilde last year and Gershøj inn, a walk of about 30 minutes.

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard.
