It is a very nice apartment hotel, comfortable room and with everything you need to stay several days. It has a kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, electric dishwasher, iron, and dishes and cutlery for 4 people, and a small dining table. I recommend it

I often have trouble giving 5 star reviews to AirBnB accommodations that are hands-off, hotel-like as I have had so many classic AirBnB experiences where you make friends with the hosts and become a part of their lives. However, this place was the best incarnation of the hands-off automated experience. Super easy to get in the building and find your room, pristine cleanliness, full kitchen, quiet enough to hear a pin drop. No weird or overbearing rules. Nobody bothers you. Free washer and dryer in the building. Everything works. Everything seems brand new. Right around the corner from my favorite brunch restaurant. 5 minute walk to the metro. The price was very expensive, but for some reason everything was very expensive this year so it was actually one of the more affordable options. That made it very competitive with places not half as nice. Probably the nicest hotel-type accommodation I have ever experienced. I will make it a point to stay here again. I miss it already.

We loved staying in Malte’s houseboat. It was a unique experience and we really enjoyed it. Getting to sit on the deck of the boat and enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evening was very special. Malte was a great host and he went out of his way to make it possible for us to check in early on the morning of our arrival. He also provided many restaurant recommendations. We loved the location right next to Hart bakery. It’s a bit away from the city center but it is an easy walk to get anywhere you want to go. We will be recommending this place to our friends !

Jesper is a warm and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful, although 4th floor walkup may not be for the faint of heart or those with lots of luggage! (We certainly got in our steps for the two days we were there.) Great location—easy to walk everywhere. Jesper was quickly available to answer any and all questions. Would definitely stay again!
