what a beautiful home in a special location, we got so lucky withtl the weather which made the trip even better , it was the perfect family spot , the kids loved spending time on the beach and by the park... not to mention the local ice cream spot. The house was perfect with little special touches and was easy to access and essentials made life easier. We miss waking up beside the beach already and the peaceful sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Daniel and the property were absolutely spot on. It was a pleasure conversing with him, the house was exactly how it was described the pictures don’t do it justice. Location was perfect parking wasn’t an issue. Tram stop at top of the road. The whole experience made our weekend so much more relaxed. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Joshua place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the seaside, which made it easy to enjoy the beach every day. The place was very clean and tidy, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. It felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

We loved our stay in the cottage and being back in Kippford. Beautiful views out of the front bedroom windows. The house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The ice cream from the village shop was a huge hit with our children!

A beautiful place, I'd even consider It in the winter too, having the log fire going would really comfy If the weather was bad.

This break was everything we needed it to be. As a group of 9 adults we wanted somewhere cost effective and comfortable with great transport links, and we couldn't have asked for better. Jennifer was super helpful and the house is everything you need. Clean, cosy and a real home away from home. We are already trying to organise our next trip! Thank you Jennifer!!

Although I didn’t meet Rachel, I did meet her husband Adrian. What a great bloke! This house has everything you need and more! Pool table, darts board, karaoke machine, jacuzzi, small pool and even flashing lights! Ady was super responsive and helpful.

Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

We spent 5 nights for half term here and very much enjoyed our stay. The views are magnificent. Very tranquil setting - perfect for sunset walks and relaxation. The kids really enjoyed being able to see the stars at night away from the light pollution of cities. People are polite and friendly. The accommodation had everything we needed and was a great base to explore SW Scotland. Anna was great with communication and an excellent host.

We had a fantastic stay at Emma’s place. It was clean and well equipped. The site itself was great with lots to do for the children. Loved the extra touches like colouring and family games. Emma was quick to respond to queries. Can’t wait to visit again in the future.

Michelle was an excellent host. The caravan was exactly as depicted in the photographs—immaculately presented, comfortable, and well-maintained. The instructions provided were clear and comprehensive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience throughout our stay. The location was superb, offering stunning sea views that greatly enhanced our visit. We were especially grateful for the welcome treats, which were thoroughly enjoyed by the children. I would definitely recommend Michelle’s caravan and would happily rebook if we visit Lancashire again.

We loved our stay at Signal House. House is absolutely beautiful. It’s in such a lovely location with fantastic views along the coastline. Easy to walk into Amble or along coastal path in both directions. House amazing, spotlessly clean. We hope to come back some time. Thankyou Tracey for a great stay x

Jennifer’s home was beautiful, clean,extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed for a lovely peaceful break away. Especially appreciated having little extras like the comfortable deck furniture, fleece blankets, salt pepper soap cloths etc. would definitely recommend and definitely would book again.

What a welcoming weekend we have had , really responsive hosts and very kind, left us and the kids little easter gifts. Home was spotless! Really felt like our home for the weekend, first time we have been to a haven site and we will definetly be returning. Great communication, 100% recommend thank you for such a lovely stay! xxx

What a wonderful place. Has been renovated to the highest quality. Really pristine and cosy at the same time. Hot tub was great. Beautiful views. Anna was extremely helpful and very responsive! Would recommend 10/10

A beautiful cottage, so warm and cosy with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. A great base for accessing the nearby lakes and other local attractions. Being dog friendly ensured the whole family got to enjoy the trip.

Great stay in this lovely house. Everything was as described. Fantastic location with plenty of bars and eateries on the doorstep. We walked into Warkworth following a beautiful country bridleway and returned after 8 miles and relaxed in the wonderful hot tub. Leo enjoyed himself on the beach too. The perfect spot for a family trip to Blackpool. House was spacious with plenty of living space and outdoor space. The street was quiet and walkable to the tram will deffo stay again

The house was easy to find and very welcoming. Inside it was spotless and very nicely furnished so it was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, something often lacking in holiday homes, and was wonderfully spacious. Having a double aspect was a bonus with that great view of said estuary! The bedding and towels were of good quality and having hand wash at every sink was a nice extra. Despite being in a village the house was quiet and peaceful at night, but we felt totally secure. The location is brilliant with pubs/restaurants, a shop and the beach all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. All in all, Estuary Cottage made for a wonderful break, and we will definitely return. A quiet, peaceful place to stay in Blackpool. We stayed for 4 nights. Was a good 20-30 minute walk to central pier but the weather was perfect so it was a lovely walk to do! Shop/takeaways was 5/10 mins walk away which was good. Host was very responsive and helpful to messages.👍
