Clive’s place was just what we expected and needed - just perfect for our stay. We felt right at home with the extra thoughtful touches of things you always need like breakfast, milk, butter, sugar and more. The flat was spacious and the living room was an extra relaxing bonus. Although on a road, it is set back and it is amazingly quiet for sleeping and being able to sleep with the windows open was a bonus. The bed was comfy and cosy. Often the showers are disappointing when you are away from home but Clive has a full power shower which washed out even my thick hair and was lovely and hot. We did need to use the washing machine and this worked perfectly, was easy to use and of decent size and the drying rack was big enough. Clive’s was a lovely host, he was friendly and welcoming. His instructions were clear and he was responsive. Although he lived upstairs he remained very private. The location of the flat is ideal to explore Exeter and the surrounding coastal towns without a car

Great place to stay. Quiet area but walkable distance to town and beach and well situated for exploring the surrounding area. Apartment modern, well equipped and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great smart TV - Disney plus a bonus! Information provided about local area was really useful. Highly recommended.

Lovely little annex with everything you should need. Exta little touch of some milk and biscuits was very welcome. Tracy gave us loads of tips on where to eat and drink. Definitely recommend if you're visiting the area

We had a wonderful stay, the studio was very cosy and had all that we needed including some croissants and snacks provided by Elisabeth. It is a very peaceful area. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and found Branscombe a great base for days out in Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. I would highly recommend a stay here. Elisabeth was very welcoming and friendly.

The holiday apartment is located in a historical building in a beautiful setting. We immediately felt at home. A garden full of flowers for short walks and the moor within 200 meters up the road. Josie and Barnaby are great hosts!

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). Perfect location for walking to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Very cosy cottage, with a beautiful garden area (prettier in reality than in the fotos) where we sat in the evenings and enjoyed the quiet after a day on the beach/hunting for fossils. Mike was the perfect host, very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

The apartment is beautiful. Very modern and comfortable with easy parking. It was lovely sitting on the patio enjoying the evening sunshine.

Perfect place to stay for Sidmouth jazz festival goers. Just along from the main venue and just along from the main shopping street of Sidmouth. The allocated parking space is convenient and not too far away. This immaculate upstairs apartment had a lovely airy open plan lounge, diner, & kitchen with 2 excellent en-suite bedrooms. All facilities needed in a home from home were provided. Gaye, our host was most helpful before and during our visit.

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Beautiful view being on the second floor with the big window. Very quiet at night in the bedroom, bed was comfy. Beware there are stairs to climb (2nd floor) We had a very good time.

Tim was very helpful from the moment of booking, all the up to our stay. He gave really clear instructions for getting in and how everything worked. If we had any questions he was very quick to respond. The accommodation was perfect! really clean, had everything we needed and the location was brilliant. We stayed 5 nights at Richard and Zoe’s place and it was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. They provide milk, bread, tea/coffee, jam and wine which was a lovely touch. The location was great and very close to the shops and restaurants. I was a bit worried about the parking but we were always able to find space at the long term car park. Overall the accommodation was great and Richard and Zoe were very responsive and helpful.

What a fantastic conversion of a basement for Airbnb uses. Top notch furnishings and attachments. A peaceful area, with a Morrisons local within walking distance. Ring the doorbell of the new house and you will get shown around the apartment. Hosts were very quick replying to queries. Town was a £9 journey as of June 2025.

Anna's place is a beautiful. It is done up to a beautiful standard, and a great location to explore Weymouth, durdle door and Lulworth cove. Positives: - beautiful welcome pack on arrival - clean linen and towels - all instructions were easy to use - lovely spacious and airy - It has a spar right next door. - parking onsite - jacuzzi was nice Negatives -I believe Anna has new cleaners that day so kitchen and bathroom weren't 100% clean and bit musty. -the garden could do with a bit of maintenance - there is no stair gate for stairs worth noting for people with young kids. - no microwave (if needed) Overall it was a fab stay and we would definitely stay there again. Anna was quick to respond to my feedback and a superb host

Lovely stay in this well equipped apartment in beautiful Monmouth House. It's very well located, making everything in Lyme Regis walkable only minutes from the seafront, shops and restaurants. Leesa gave very clear and helpful instructions and information before our stay and was quick to respond to any messages.

Lots of things to do in torquay, babbacombe and Paignton only a bus journey away or walkable if thats not good enough katy and dales air bnb provides loads to do and after a busy day the hot tub feels amazing to relax in. We had an amazing stay i hope we come back.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!
