Delightful 1 bed shepherds hut with stunning views

Lower marlpits Farm campsite is newly opened in 2022 and is set on our 50 acre working farm on the outskirts of Honiton in the Blackdown hills AONB. We have 4 glamping units along with tent pitches. Our cosy, romantic little shepherds Hut Lavender Lodge sleeps 2. It sits within a little paddock where you can sit out on the decked terrace and enjoy peace and quiet and admire the stunning views. Also in the paddock we have our Blue bell tent. Both units can be rented out separately or together.

The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

The gatehouse of Dingle Dell, as seen on Grand Designs, is a unique cosy getaway for two with wood burner, beautiful underfloor heated shower room, round cob walls converted from my former bicycle workshop, with a bespoke handmade oak kitchen made from oak grown locally, which I have air dried myself, delightful sleeping platform accessed by bespoke stair ladder with luxury king-size mattress ideal for a romantic break

The Roost in the Blackdowns

The Roost is a modern self-contained loft with secure garage underneath, bordering pasture farmland. This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty without street lighting and with stunning views across the picturesque Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.
