Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

34 Monmouth Beach lies to the west of the historic Cobb in Lyme Regis. It is a beautifully finished and stylishly furnished wooden chalet right on the beach. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from the generous wooden deck at the front of the chalet. There is parking behind the chalet and a ramped access. Our chalet is great for couples, small families and friends; it can sleep 4. Our change over days are Friday and Monday (though this listing may state Fridays only), check in 4pm, check out 10am.
