The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Dear guests. Welcome to the cottage from 2021, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday year-round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 181 m² med plads til 10 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard, bordtennis og bordfodbold - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Herudover 5 rummelige soveværelser samt et fuldt udstyret køkken. Naturoplevelser i topklasse med 300m. til skoven og 2 km til Danmarks bedste badestrand. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Et soveværelse med en dobbeltseng (180cm) og et soveværelse med to enkeltsenge (90cm) Anneks med dobbelt seng og halvanden mands seng. Det er et virkelig dejligt hus i er skønt område. 7 min fra strand og skov med legeplads. Café og købmand i gåafstand samt flere ismænd med hjemmelavet is, morgenbrød, kaffe og juice. Klimaet er varmt, nærmest siciliansk. 200 m fra børnevenlig strand. 750 m fra en af DKs bedste strande. Tæt på skov, legeplads og Odsherreds naturskønne fredede område. Nyd den smukkeste udsigt langs Ordrup Næs strand, med blik til Sejrø, Nekselø, fortryllende blomster og fugleliv. Næsset blev fredet i 1896. Ingen brændeovn. Anneks på grund.

Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Bo på landet i jeres egen, idylliske bolig, som ligger i en firelænget stråtækt gård i den hyggelige landsby Ordrup. I får 110 m2 i 2 plan med terrasse og altan. Udsigt over søen og adgang til den smukke have med vandløb og bålplads. Lejligheden har eget bad/toilet og fuldt udstyret køkken. Området er præget af det smukke istidslandskab. Der er 1 km til både strand og skov. Desuden går "Tour de France"-ruten lige forbi gården. Der er rig mulighed for cykling, vandring og vandsport.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Lav mad i køkkenet, på grillen eller over bål. Vi har får, masser af høns, og frække katte og fra Marts kommer der små lam ude på marken. We welcome you to our unique and atmospheric guest house, located in the countryside up to the state forest and close to Isefjord. Here you can spend your vacation as a hiker, cyclist, rider with your own horse, angler, kayaker, etc., as the surrounding nature offers rich opportunities. You are also very welcome to a long stay, where you can immerse yourself in an artistic or similar project in peace and quiet. The house has WiFi.
