The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. There are good shopping opportunities in Ferritslev and Langeskov. Egeskov, which is definitely worth a visit, is 21 km away, as is Fyns Sommerland. You also live close to the Heartland festival or Tinderbox.

It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
