We had a great stay. The apartment was in a great location with easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. Everything was provided that we needed to have a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to this area.

Stayed here with my 3 pups and the place is really nice! Everything was super clean and the space is bigger in person. Alexander was very responsive and even accommodated us with late check-out since we got in pretty late. There’s street parking, which we were worried would be packed but surprisingly didn’t have any issues at all. I wish we had more cooking supplies though. The kitchen was missing a few items, but overall, great stay! Would definitely stay again!

This place is a short walk from downtown Indy where you’ll find all the restaurants and amenities one would expect to find when visiting here. This place was private, secluded and quiet. Highly recommend.

Everything was great

Brenda's place is new and right on the Monon Trail. I loved having my morning coffee in her kitchen/living area and watching the walkers and runners before we also got out. She has a kitchen but we ate out every meal. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream places in Broad Ripple. She's also close to the canal so you have to share the walk with the geese. I highly recommend Brenda's Place for your next stay in Broad Ripple.

Brenda is a great host and the unit is comfy, beautiful and had all that is needed. The property has nice amenities and there is a nice walking path very close. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Brenda!

Came for a Fever game . Was a quick easy 10 min walk ! Cute place . Bed was very comfortable and the building was very nice and felt very safe which is important when traveling alone with my teenage daughter :) extremely clean and check in was super easy . We can’t wait to come back for another game !!

I was looking for something cozy for me and my wife and that’s exactly what we got. The location is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, the monument and more. If we’re ever looking to stay in the area again we won’t hesitate on LuxieStays.

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Stay was great and as advertised. Just an FYI, does not come with any blankets apart from the bed. And pillows did not have pillow cases

We stayed there for a convention and it was in walking distance. It even had a skywalk that you could walk when it rained. It was right in the heart of everything. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

She was an incredible host! One thing that I loved was the security of the building! I felt very safe being in an unfamiliar city. The space was also really cute with the furniture and lighting. One thing that blew my mind, like “wow, this host (Mary) is really going above and beyond” was that she sent a map of how to get from the entry of the building to the parking garage. She even sent photos of the entry of the entrance of the parking garage along with the address!! Like I am such a visual learner so she was incredibly helpful. Plus, with my friends and I not knowing the area, the photos alleviated a lot of stress. Overall, it was the perfect place for our trip! The streets we so cute and the place was so comfortable. I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Thank you Mary!!

This is the second time staying at this owner’s property. We were in town for Indy 500 activities. The apartment was great and would highly recommend Butler Villa

Traveled with friends it was a great place as we were separate from each other far away bedrooms and bathrooms to make it feel private yet together. Safe feeling too.

Tim was super responsive and great the entire time leading up to and during our stay. The condo is in a great location, close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. The space was quiet, private and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home, my family was conformable during the entire stay! Quiet neighborhood and great location. Super clean! I definitely recommend for a larger group. We had 11 people and not once did we feel like we were stepping on each others toes.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. I had two graduations to attend in Indy and was 20 minutes or less from each location. Plenty of room for our entire family. Great garage and back yard space for additional fun!

Lynell's place was even better than expected. Each room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home.

Beautiful front porch and back deck and backyard. Great location for going to the Indy 500. We slept comfortably and the host had plenty of coffee, tea, basics. They provided us with a cooler and 3 camp chairs to borrow. Great place!

Kris’s place is really special and makes for a memorable stay. I don’t know how she does it but her maximalist interior design all works perfectly together. Things are joyful and fun and you constantly discover new things. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Host was on point on everything. A nicely remodeled home inside. Plenty of sleeping space. It has a great backyard and front porch for relaxing chill mode ✅ An enjoyable stay for a couple nights, after a big event, to unwind at.
