A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

The Love Shack

The dream is a Finca on a mountainside in southern Spain - a fantastic place with room for presence and good times where relaxation and pampering are in focus... … Until that dream can come true, we have found the next best thing. A small romantic gem right in our own backyard in Herrested near Ørbæk on Funen. Take the whole family to this newly renovated house with plenty of space! The house was originally built for a mill link from Sulkendrup Mølle, which is a 3 minute walk from the house. The home includes a large living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. In addition, four bedrooms - all with a double bed and TV, and in two of the bedrooms there is also a sofa bed. There is a terrace attached to each room and a garden adjacent to the mill forest.
