The house is located on Tåstrupvej, which makes it easy to get to and from Copenhagen You are also close to the South Coast's best beach. It takes 10 minutes by bike. Køge is located at a distance of 10 km, which is definitely worth a visit, with good restaurants

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

Huset indeholder entre, stort rum med køkken, spisebord og stue med 140 cm sovesofa, badeværelse, indbygget garderobe og lille soveværelse med 120 cm seng. Huset har plads til 4 personer (2 personer på sovesofa i stuen, og 2 personer på 1½ mandsseng i soveværelset), men fungerer bedst til 2-3 pers. Desværre ikke et handicapvenligt hus.
