Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

Come and relax in this unique and quiet home. The apartment is located in a 3-winged farm, it is completely renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up to the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for holidays and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and it is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where you can barbecue and play games. Lovely newly renovated apartment on the ground floor with two terraces with several seating areas. Living room and kitchen in one with a brand new kitchen and all the kitchen equipment you need. Nice sofa set with electric fireplace for extra coziness. Dining table with plenty of space. Everything fits together and is brand new. Large lovely windows with door to lovely morning terrace on one side and lovely covered terrace with dining area and lovely lounge area on the other. New bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms with double beds.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Parking has space for several cars and a caravan. We want you to have a great vacation; if something is holding you back from booking, please write and we will respond quickly with what we can do.

Modernized Guest House

Welcome to our cozy guest house with the beach less than 400 m away, close to forest, train station and a city center offering several stores and restaurants. It has its own separate entrance, dedicated outdoor area, separate bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds and a sleeping couch available. Towels and bed sheets are included. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost.

Charmerende træhus, som ligger som et annex i baghaven til et nedlagt landbrug. Huset har egen indkørsel bag den gamle lade, og egen lille træterrasse. Huset indeholder entre, stort rum med køkken, spisebord og stue med 140 cm sovesofa, badeværelse, indbygget garderobe og lille soveværelse med 120 cm seng. Huset har plads til 4 personer (2 personer på sovesofa i stuen, og 2 personer på 1½ mandsseng i soveværelset), men fungerer bedst til 2-3 pers. Desværre ikke et handicapvenligt hus.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
