Very nice apartment, with a fantastic view of the Jasmund Bodden. Very clean accommodation and practically furnished with everything you need for a vacation. In addition, with a spacious terrace and outdoor area for shared use. Although there are several apartments in the same entrance, you have a very private atmosphere. The communication/check-in were completely problem-free. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Erik once again for his very friendly welcome. All in all, you can only recommend it. We are already planning our next short break there.

The "Steernkieker" apartment offers a maritime holiday flair and scored with us especially with the fireplace and the view of the sky directly from the comfortable bed on the upper floor as a special element of comfort. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious, well-kept garden area, which offers various seating and lounging areas. This creates a harmonious overall feeling that makes it very easy for us to take a deep breath from everyday life. Frank welcomed us with an open-minded chat, was available as a host on site and thus paved the way for a successful stay in the north.

Great place in a really nice and quiet location. The nearest shopping facility is less than 5 minutes away by car. The place was super clean. You could really feel comfortable and relax.

Great accommodation in the middle of Old Sassnitz and with wonderful sea views. From here you can get to the beach promenade and the harbor super fast. It is also a great starting point for hikes on the Baltic Sea shore or in the old beech forest towards chalk cliffs and Königsstuhl. The apartment itself (quiet, large, warm) as well as its equipment (kitchen, TV, radio, great shower) is also great. Everything you need for a vacation together. Highly recommended!

We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. Ben warmly welcomed us on our arrival and immediately showed us everything. Beautiful "maisonette" apartment with a somewhat unusual layout: the bedroom is downstairs, the living room upstairs. The balcony was great, and we could use it more often. For us as public transport users, the location was also good, as it was only about 5 minutes to the next bus stop "Circus" and 10 minutes to Putbus train station. Otherwise, everything you need is there and as described. Next door there is a bakery and a kebab shop for "basic needs". There are several cafés in Putbus and also some restaurants; we recommend the Jägerhütte with game specialties and down at the Lauterbach harbor the fish rolls from one of the two cutters.

We stayed in the apartment "kleine Vilm" over Easter for a total of a week. Particularly positive is the location in Lauterbach, with a wide selection of gastronomy in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as the uncomplicated flexible check-in. Parking right outside the door. Pleasant casual communication prior to our trip. Only the cleanliness could be better, so we agree with the previous review. However, I would like to point out that this is of course our personal discretion. We definitely felt comfortable here. We recommend without hesitation! Thank you:)

The apartment was very nice and we had an amazing time! Apartment was clean and exactly as described on the pictures. The size was perfect for 2 people with a small dog. The apartment is right by the harbor, where you can stroll and also find some restaurants. The surroundings were great and Bergen and Binz are not far away. Highly recommended 👍🏻

A very spacious, cozy and super equipped apartment! We only stayed two nights, but it was a relaxing little break ... especially impressive: the huge sofa 🙂

The apartment is well furnished and is just on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Very stylish and nicely furnished apartment, super nice hostess. The estate is quite secluded, the road to it is quite bad but in the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need. Only the lighting in the kitchen area of the apartment might be a point that could still be improved. Thanks also to Amrei for the tips.

Everything was described. There is a small terrace with chairs and table, so we could have breakfast outside. The apartment is cozy, we felt comfortable right away. Quiet location, private parking. The bus stations of line 3 are about 350 meters away. Garden with cherry trees - unfortunately they were not yet ripe :-). Communication and "check-in" (via key safe) worked perfectly. We will gladly stay there again on our next visit to Stralsund (a very beautiful city!).

A very spacious apartment to feel good. I was by car and could park for free, which was great. It was very quiet - although Netto etc. were downstairs, but you don't notice that. (Some other visitors have already written and I can only agree with them) If you come by public transport, you could maybe ride a bike (rented at the train station). The days have gone by far too quickly. I felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back. I will keep the best memories of the peace and quiet and the birdsong, the beautiful and loving furnishings of the apartment, the spontaneous conversations with Fridi and Claudi and the children. The location is perfect for getting to Rügen or the Darß. Shopping is possible in 5-8 minutes by car.

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

Very nice apartment, good location. Value for money couldn't be better

Very easy to find, staff in the office very friendly for the key handover, clean and the whirlpool a highlight. Quiet evenings undisturbed on the terrace, sufficiently equipped, everything was there.

We loved our stay. Things were accurately described and depicted. The host gave clear instructions, provided a helpful FAQ list and was very responsive.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊
