Genießt den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Boddenlandschaft von einer der Terrassen, springt vom eigenen Steg ins Wasser, stecht mit dem Tretboot in See oder entspannt am Kamin oder an einer der Feuerstellen. The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The house is situated in the middle of a likewise listed park, which is exclusively accessible to holidaymakers. Our thatched house built in 2023 in the harbor of Puddemin on the Puddeminer Wiek invites you to a relaxing vacation on the holiday island of Rügen. Enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day on the terrace, take a nap in the midday sun, read a book in the afternoon or relax after an excursion in the outdoor hot tub and infrared heat cabin.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
