Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more of a sleepy place with an ice cream cafe, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much for tourists. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after approx. 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in a good 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and beds are available upon arrival. If necessary, an extra bed can be provided for a child at no extra charge.

Living in a modern natural idyll

Enjoy our spacious, new building comfort under thatch in a unique large garden near the rose city of Putbus. The natural lake by the house, the natural beach in Lauterbach, the gastronomy of the hotel next door, and also the proximity to Stralsund. Stay with us temporarily, or spend wonderful holidays in the untouched nature and enjoy the beaches, even in winter. By the way, our apartment is barrier-free and there is a comfortable elevator in the house. We look forward to seeing our guests.

Ihr möchtet einen individuellen Urlaub verbringen, dann ist unser mobile Home vielleicht das Richtige. Es ist komplett und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht . Küchenzeile ,TV, Bad mit Dusche/ WC , Heizung, zwei Betten eins 1,40 x 2m und das andere 1,20 x2 m sowie ein kleines Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich . Essbereich für 3 Personen. Ca. 30 m von unserem kleinen Waldsee mit Steg und Strandkorb entfernt, sowie mit kleiner Koppel, wenn ihr euer eigenes Pferd mitbringen wollt.

Our small charming wooden house offers families or the individual guest a special experience of comfort and coziness, in the alcove bed for two, by the tiled stove, breakfast on the terrace and in the gazebo with lake view. In addition, 2 children can sleep in a Separee in the double bunk bed. The extra extra bed will be charged extra. We'll be happy to let you know the cost upon request. The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
