The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie wagon with high ceilings and great views. Here is quiet and peaceful surroundings with forest and half an hour to three coasts as well as beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and a wilderness bath (purchased) in addition to an evening by the 🔥fire. Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the cottage in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and a good atmosphere are key elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high attics, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen and living room with sofa. Outside there is a 105 m2 terrace, a large table and a barbecue. The house can accommodate up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our apple of our eye, which we like to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our little gem.

Lovely newly renovated apartment close to a nice beach and swimming opportunities. Located in a quiet setting with lovely outdoor facilities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas and long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping opportunities within 5 to 10 minutes' drive, depending on which shop you choose.

Discover a cozy independent basement room perfect for a relaxing and short stay. This space has a comfortable double bed in a 12m² room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a compact bathroom. Enjoy the lovely garden and terraces for fresh air and sunshine. The private entrance allows for flexible coming and going. While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

100 sqm. home with room for the whole family. Undisturbed location close to beach and forest. Fjellerup town has a restaurant, shopping, bakery and large playground within a 3-minute drive. On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hyggeligt sommerhus på 138 kvm med god plads til 4 voksne samt 4 børn og optil 2 spædbarn i rejseseng. Sommerhuset er nyrenoveret. Min. 4 dag udenfor sæson og 1 uge i højsæson. Slutrengøring kr. 850,- pr. ophold. Der følger en brændekurv fyld med brænde, medbring evt. selv træ. Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 2,95 kr. pr kwh, vand og afledning kr. 89,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek ind og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug via Airbnb.

Nyt privat sommerhus fra 2018 med en skøn udsigt og beliggenhed, som vi lejer ud, hvis I vil passe på det:) Alt er lyst og imødekommende. Huset ligger rigtigt fint på grunden med en fantastisk dejlig udsigt ud over årstidernes gang i Mols Bjerge. Der er et stort køkken/alrum og opholdsrum med brændeovn, badeværelse og tre pæne værelser med køje eller dobbeltsenge. Der er en stor terrasse mod syd og vest rundt om huset.
