Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Beautiful cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-kept cottage within walking distance to a child-friendly beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is folded out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200, where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a 140x200 bed, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many because of the house's size.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.
