You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 kr. per kwh I reserve the right to increase the price, water 79 kr. per m3, landlord reads at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check out.

Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the summerhouse in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and good atmosphere are central elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high hills, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen family room and sofa living room. Outside there is a 105m2 terrace, a large table and barbecue. The house can have up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our eyestone that we are happy to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our nugget.

Walking distance to beach, nice ice cream house, take away, mini golf, tennis, padel court and Brugsen. If you want to go out to eat, a visit to Billes or Madam blue can be recommended. Djurs Sommerland, Lübker golf and Kattegatcentret close by. Feel free to ask about special rates for full week stays with arrival on Friday or Sunday. -However, during the summer holidays, the changeover day is Saturday

The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
