The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

There is everything in home appliances. There are facilities for enjoying a stay all year around - terrace, "orangery" with heater, wood stove and sauna.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
